LOVE !!Pizza and ALL their food is amazing and authentic. Delivery with them is a breeze, we order from them all the time. And they're fast too, I'm always surprised how soon they show up, and the foods always hot and fresh. There's never any mess as they tape down and package the food well. And they always give us extra bread, napkins, and plastic ware without us having to ask. We've ordered on all different days and all different times, the service and food is consistently amazing! Paul Michael's will continue to be our go-to pizza spot for as long as we live here!

Excellent food well worth it

My girl ordered a sausage and peppers sandwich and I ordered a meatball sandwich with no cheese and little sauce. Order came as expected however, the meatballs were not fresh and tasted dry. The sausages were sliced as if they were meant for pizza or a sausage roll. And she said her sausages were not fresh and didn't taste good either. Their pizzas are better and that's as far as I will go. I suggest they improve on their sandwiches.

Great family restaurant, excellent service great food. They also have a pizzeria next door for take out.

WORST Penne Vodka EVER!!!! Looks and taste like I received someone’s leftovers! Wasn’t even edible! WHAT A WASTE.

We’ve been there twice now and the pizza has been amazing!!! Barbecue chicken and eggplant were absolutely fantastic. By far the best pizza we’ve had in NYC so far!

One of my favorite places to go. The dinning room is intimate enough for a casual Date, while the other side is perfect to stop by for a seat and quick slice. The Manager is Great! Very warm spirit, funny and engaging. The best above all is the quality of dishes. I personally go for Baked claims, Pasta nights and ofcourse, the Pizza. Slightess crisp and fresh tomato and herb flavors burst into the tastiest cheese toppings.

A nice pizza place with a side room restaurant.Cloth tablecloths and napkins, good tasty Italian food, a very nice gregarious owner. They have a Sunday/Tuesday special. $23 includes main course, wine House red/white, and desert - tax included.Unpretentious locale, with a rarity in Queens - a parking lot!!!Give it a try.

Good food , wish the pizza was a little better though

Awesome pizza and a great dining room menu. Giovanni and the rest are great. Go eat there, you won't regret it. It's in a shopping center so there's usually plenty of parking.

We descended upon this restaurant with a group of 23 for a last minute family celebration, and the manager and staff could not have been more accommodating. The service was wonderful and the the food was delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Owner & staff are friendly. Food is made fresh..keeps us entertained with funny conversation while we wait for freshly prepped meals. Decetlntly priced and the outside business doesn't bother your meal time.

Best pizza in the area for sure. Their buffalo chicken slice and chicken francese slice are a must

Really awesome local spot for great Italian food. The owner is really friendly and kind. My favorite dish is the rigatoni Bolognese but I haven’t had anything I haven’t liked from them.

Very nice waiters. The bread is delicious. The pasta is good too. The pizza is definetly the best one in the area.

Food at this restaurant was good, service was impressive. We ordered and the meals were served in good time. They have a wide range of cuisine to choose from which are pocket friendly.

I don't know if it's a cleaning agent for the pots that in sensitive to but I can't eat the food here and it's pricey. The staff is awesome though!

Jeeze Louise! What a fantastically meal! Everything from the service down to the food was UNBELIEVABLE!! I called in my order over the phone and was told about 15 minutes. When i got there it was ready and still piping hot and perfect to eat when i got it home. Me and my fiancée got the chef’s special and needless to say we were not disappointed. This dish is nothing short of amazing. Penne pasta, Chicken cutlet, Vodka sauce, spinach baked with mozzarella cheese, MARONE! cannot recommend this place enough.

After reading reviews, I went there tonight with my family for dinner. We were not disappointed. Everything we had was delicious, service was great, and the price was reasonable. We will definitely go back. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, I called to place an order over the phone. The person on the line was unprofessional. He asked for my telephone number and name. When I went to spell my name he blew me off. Then he asked for my address. I didn’t even give him the full number of my building before he said we don’t deliver that far. I called back to let him know that he didn’t even get the street. They deliver food to the employees in my building all of the time. Very strange!

Thanks. I am a vegan and he always accommodated me. I appreciate his caring friendly staff and excellent food. He doesn't price gauge because I'm vegan.

Good service and delicious food. Be aware, if you ask for cheese pizza, you might get white pizza. It was very good though.

This is my favorite pizza place! My husband and I order 2 small margherita pies from here at least once a week. They’re the best! Authentic and delicious food. We travel from Howard Beach, and we know good pizza!

Great service! Great food! During a long layover a JFK, we randomly found this restaurant and spent hours talking to the owner. He made us feel very welcomed.

Service here is very good. It has a cool atmosphere, where one can relax and have a good time. They have excellent staff and affordable pricing.

I have been eating in this area for the last two years. Let’s just say when I first came to the area everyone I met bragged about a pizza spot called “Dani’s Pizza” so I tried it & was not impressed by the taste or customer service so I gave Paul’s a chance...for starters the food at Paul’s is absolutely amazing...the tomato sauce is an authentic Italian recipe...any dish with it is a slam dunk! But the most impressive part is the guy who I believe is the owner...he’s always smiling & he’s ten times more friendly & appreciative compared to the experience I had at Dani’s pizza with Dani’s son...who was very arrogant & unfriendly on two different occasions. I say all that to say if you’re in Kew Garden’s Paul’s has unbeatable taste, quality & customer service. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars

Delicious food, amazing owner and staff and wonderful atmosphere. The food is fantastic! I’ve had everything from the pasta to pizza to fish and it’s all been amazing. Would highly recommend the grilled salmon or Grandmas pizza. Giovanni (the owner) and all his staff (especially John and Joe) are extremely kind and friendly. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a clean, enjoyable atmosphere with welcoming staff and great food.

Ordered a chicken cutlet parm hero and the Chicken cutlet was definitely not fresh. It neither looked or tasted fresh. Bread was a bit stale but that wasnt really that big a deal. Sauce was good though.

Just the very best small establishment in the neighborhood at least. The owner is neither Paul nor Michael. He is however a great host. Expect great service and great food. You won't be disappointed.

Very good pizza and even better service

When you walk into Paul Michael's it's like walking into a friend's house. Giovanni and his staff treat you like family. The food can vary from very good to excellent. Prices are reasonable

Ths pizza is really good I got the chicken marsala, delivered from postmates and it a good amount of ingredients on top of this pizza for a good price. So filling, economical and taste good!

Food is always on point. I've eaten at the restaurant and ordered delivery in the past. Never received a wrong order and never had a bad experience. Moderately priced and you get a good portion.
